Humor us for a second and snap your fingers one time. Yep, just like that, December has arrived, launching a countdown clock for the final holidays of the year. One such album that has put us in a jolly mood is John Legend's A Legendary Christmas. And now that he's released the visuals for "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas," we officially have a case of jingle fever.
Although John and his charming duet partner, Esperanza Spalding, gave the sentimental tune a modern-day sound, the music video is a bonafide ode to Christmas Past. Vintage wallpapers, retro fashions and childlike innocence – courtesy a group of cute-as-buttons kids – fill the viewer with a sense of nostalgic warmth and wonder. Even when directors Drew Kirsch and Taylor Fauntleroy pull back the curtains to reveal how the "magic" happened, the warm fuzzies stayed with us long after the final scene.
