Tiffany Gouché & Masego Reunite For An Ode To A ‘Good Girl’

They say that good guys finish last, and the same can be said of good girls, too. At a time when women who are, uh, less refined seem to be winning, singer/songwriter Tiffany Gouché wants to remind her lady that her reserve and desire for love over lust has a firm hold on her heart. True to form, on her latest single “Good Girl,” the Inglewood, Cali native’s passion and sincerity comes shining through over a laid-back groove as she sings, “You are important to me / Let’s make it clear / Life would be nothing if you were not here.” After collaborating together for his own ode to feminine goodness "Queen Tings," Masego joins Tiffany once again and offers his own take on the appeal of a woman of quality with his signature TrapHouseJazz flavor. The pair reunites to create a track that feels mighty good and sets us all up for some adult time.

After a personally turbulent year, Tiffany is ready and excited to share new music with fans who waited with bated breath to hear from her. She says, “I stepped away to be better than my last self, to address my heart, mind, and to develop an album that derived from my processes. I am so grateful for the space to do so!” While we're glad to hear that she took time out for some much-needed and deserved self-care, our selfish side is elated that we will get a new project as a result. Though she hasn’t yet revealed when we can expect this surefire gem to drop, we’re hopeful that she will continue to gift us with more material while we wait.

Give Tiffany Gouché’s “Good Girl” featuring Masego a spin, and be sure to add it your “boo-lovin'” playlist from your favorite digital platform.
