All Cows Eat Grass Are Well-Versed In The Art Of 'Pillow Talk'

If anyone understands the art of making silent moves and playing it "kool," it's Atlanta-based collective All Cows Eat Grass. Earlier this year, the Bounce-Worthy crew surprised us – and upgraded our playlists at the same damn time – with their surreal N'Dambi collaboration Air Castle. We weren't expecting to hear new ACEG music so soon (NOT that we're complaining), but they're ready to entice us once again with their new single "Pillow Talk."

Musically, "Pillow Talk" is a synthesized groove bathed in the neon glow of '80s R&B/funk. The melodic chemistry of frontman T. Brown and vocalist Franki Belle is undeniable. But while the title suggests a slow-burning bedroom jam, don't expect to hear romantic invitations or lyrical foreplay. There are some "dirty" whispers, but it's not what you think. It seems someone has a problem with gossiping, eavesdropping and possibly some light stalking, but you didn't hear that from us. Things take an especially interesting turn during the song's final minute where it segues into an instrumental jam with sinister undertones.

Once again, ACEG has come through with the hotness. We suspect they'll have more heat for our playlists soon enough. For now, "Pillow Talk" is currently available for purchase via iTunes and other digital retailers. You can also keep up with the band on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
