Hip-hop and electronica collide on the single "Up And Down" from Londoners Delta Lima and Alex Klein. The rapper and the classically trained musician who's a member of the South London SUBMIT music collective found some common ground and decided to collaborate on something creative. One of the fruits of their labor is "Up And Down," and SoulBounce is debuting the track's music video in an exclusive world premiere.
For the "Up And Down" visual, Delta Lima wears many hats. In addition to rapping, he is both behind and in front of the camera as director and star. In the video produced by Addoink Vision, we watch as Lima spits hot fire while walking around a lit up city at night. At times he stops briefly or is seen walking backward, but the clip has a common thread with Delta's other music videos. Walking is a theme throughout his visual catalog, symbolic of his journey of overcoming life's challenges and transforming his experiences into his art.
"Up And Down" is being released concurrently with another single entitled "Meaning" on Friday, August 10th, and both tracks are the first of many cool collaborations between Delta Lima and Alex Klein.
