Lauryn Hill's seminal work The Miseducation Of Lauryn Hill turns the big 2-0 on August 25th. To celebrate the milestone, Lauryn's been out on the road for a big 20th-anniversary tour. She's also taking part in some big firsts, including her first-ever fashion campaign as the face of Woolrich's Autumn/Winter 2018 campaign. The brand, known for its workwear and outerwear, tapped the singer as the first artist in its "American Soul Since 1830" campaign due not only to her iconic status in soul music but also her unique style and fashion sense.

She offers both elements in a recent video she shot for the campaign. It shows the superstar rocking several looks she helped design for its latest collection — including coats and jackets that feature images of Ms. Hill and references to her 1998 album — along with stunning makeup and accessories. It's soundtracked by Hill performing an acoustic cover of her emotional Miseducation single "Ex-Factor." Her voice, backed only by piano, is still in fine form, bringing us right back to the moment that we first heard the record that had everybody in their feels. Accompanying both the visual and audio is a scrolling statement from Lauryn herself about what "American Soul" means to her. The combination of it all is quite breathtaking and a testament to the timelessness of Lauryn Hill's art.

You can check out the campaign video below and head to Lauryn's website to get tickets to see her recreate Miseducation live.
