Snoop Dogg recently released his inspirational double album Bible of Love and the rapper-turnt-gospel artist is proving naysayers wrong by climbing to the No. 1 spot on the gospel charts. To show just how much he's committed to praising the most high, he got together with Uncle Charlie Wilson to deliver the visuals for their track "One More Day."
The video begins with a frantic call for help from a daughter to her father before she overdoses on drugs. He quickly comes to her aid, but it might be too late. That doesn't stop him from praying harder than he's ever prayed. The clip later transitions to Coach Snoop and Uncle Charlie, decked out in their Sunday best, traveling to give the family hope and their praying hands.
In the middle of the video, our leading men sing "Jesus on the Mainline" before Snoop lifts the room full of people in prayer as he looks cool, calm and collected. As Snoop asks the Lord for assistance, everyone sings along and continues to pray for the unconscious young woman. Wilson continues to croon, choir members lay hands on her and by the end of the video a miracle happens. Won't He do it?
"One More Day" appears on Bible of Love, a 32-track album that also features Tye Tribbet, The Clark Sisters, Faith Evans, Rance Allen, B. Slade and more. Now that Snoop is dominating the gospel charts, there's no telling where the Lord will order his steps to next. Cop Bible of Love now and get your praise on when you watch the new video for "One More Day" right here.
