Peabo Bryson has been a constant quiet storm presence since the late '70s, so you can imagine how fans have felt in the 11 years since the "Feel The Fire" singer released his most recent full-length Missing You in 2007. You can call off the search party, though, as the balladeer is back with a brand new single — and maybe even an upcoming album, too.

Peabo's voice is just as warm and rich as ever, with his voice caressing and finessing each lyric that rolls off his tongue. "You are my impossible / You know you’re everything to me / Can’t you see?" he sings with sincere gusto on the chorus. "You are my puzzle so unsolvable / You’re my greatest mystery eternally / There is no love like yours and mine / It’s one of a kind."
Peabo Bryson's welcome return fits smoothly with the adult contemporary sound yet offers a modernity that's appreciated and should be enough to make this song very popular with lovers of R&B everywhere.
