BOSCO's Visual 'Adrenaline' Leaves Her Stuck In The Past

BOSCO has kept herself quite busy since releasing her latest album b. back in August. In addition to performing select shows, the alt-R&B singer/songwriter has also lent her voice to some stellar grooves by starRo ("Fantasy") and labelmate Sammy Bananas ("Gitcha Gitcha"). Still, with the concisely-titled project being her most personal collection to-date, there's plenty left to unpack. Perhaps this is why she chose to revisit the album opener "Adrenaline" for the next visual release.

The mid-tempo track hooked us as BOSCO's lovely vocals spun an angst-ridden tale over gauzy layers of futuristic funk, synth, bass and percussion. To bring the song to life, B turned to Lacey Duke (who also directed a brief documentary about the album) to execute a vision inspired by French cinema and noir films. She explains, "I wanted to tell the story of someone haunting you or the memory of them that still exist in your sub-conscience."

Peep the dream-like clip for "Adrenaline" below, featuring Ye Ali as BOSCO's love interest. Afterwards, check out the mini-documentary for a peek behind the curtain of b., which is available for purchase via major digital retailers.
