'Don't Forget,' Kevin Ross To Go On 'The Awakening Tour' This May

Washington, D.C. native Kevin Ross has experienced a few firsts in 2017. He released his debut album, The Awakening, in March to critical acclaim, and this month he's basking in the success of the sleeper hit "Long Song Away" being his first No. 1 single on the Billboard Adult R&B Songs chart. Now the singer/songwriter/musician has another new experience coming up when he embarks on his first headlining concert tour starting in May.

The Awakening Tour kicks off in Chicago on May 24th and will see Ross taking his live show to various cities from coast-to-coast. After Chicago, he'll hit Detroit, Memphis, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, New York City, his hometown (of course), Boston, Los Angeles and more before wrapping in Oakland on July 18th. Although this is Kev's debut as a headliner, he's no stranger to the stage, having previously toured with Maxwell, Ne-Yo and most recently Ro James on the XIX Tour.

Tickets to see Kevin Ross on The Awakening Tour are on sale now via his website. If you have some money left over and haven't added his album The Awakening to your collections yet, there's no better time than the present, especially since he has a new single out now. He recently released the music video for "Don't Forget About Me," a mid-tempo number where Ross makes sure that he stays on his woman's mind. With Kevin is getting his leading man on and romancing a pretty young thing around Los Angeles in the clip, he makes quite an impression. Get into the "Don't Forget About Me" visuals, purchase The Awakening from Amazon, iTunes or Google Play and add seeing Kevin Ross live in concert to your spring/summer to do lists.
