SoulBounce Exclusive: Sola Rosa & Kevin Mark Trail Are 'So Fly' Together

It's been a couple of years since we've gotten something new from Sola Rosa, since the group's Magnetics album release in 2014. Now the New Zealand collective led by producer/musician Andrew Spraggon has returned with something fresh and funky for summer '16 with the song "So Fly" featuring Kevin Mark Trail. The British singer/songwriter's vocal stamp was all over Magnetics, singing lead on three tracks including "Both of Us,"  and this winning combination picks back up on "So Fly." The electro soul single praising a woman who is "so fly" dropped earlier in the month, and now SoulBounce is happy to premiere the song's music video today.

Spraggon, Trail and the rest of Sola Rosa take a backseat for the visuals that primarily focus on a lone female dancer getting her entire life and taking on the role of the fly girl at the center of this song. We see her in an empty dance studio that's washed out in black and white, but her outfit is in living color. Her bright clothing catches the eye, but its her interpretive dance moves that keep you watching. The synth heavy groove of "So Fly" takes over her body as she shows just how fly she is while Kevin sings, "I know you love the music." Indeed she does. Thanks to a few camera tricks, we see multiple versions of her on the screen as well as a brief appearance by Spraggon. The dancer continues to cut a rug as color returns to her surroundings. Could that be the effect of this Sola Rosa and Kevin Mark Trail jam? We certainly think so.
