Bibi Bourelly & Earl St. Clair Are Absolutely 'Perfect' Together

The lazy days of summer are in full swing, but that hasn't stopped Bibi Bourelly's grind. In addition to opening for HAIM and Rihanna, the rising star is slated to drop the follow-up to her debut EP, Free the Real (Pt. 1). Ahead of the new album release, the "Riot" singer recently leaked a slow-burning duet with fellow Def Jam signee Earl St. Clair called "Perfect," along with bold visuals directed by Luis Perez.

The short piece makes a pretty big statement, visually engaging us with an all-white aesthetic that nods to the song's theme of "perfection." But, as Ms. Bourelly recently explained to FADER, "...behind everything that appears to be perfect there are imperfections." As the duo sings -- quite beautifully, we might add --the immaculate facade crumbles before our eyes, leaving us with a jarring reminder to look past the superficial and embrace the beauty of our flaws.

"Perfect" is currently available for purchase via iTunes. Catch the cool concept video below then watch Bibi and Earl put some stank on it during their recent performance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Ms. Bourelly is about to embark on her first headlining tour this September, so be sure to check her website for dates. You can also follow her on Twitter and Instagram for updates on the release of Free the Real (Pt. 2). As for Mr. St. Clair, he recently wrapped his debut project and a video shoot, so we'll definitely hear more from him pretty soon. In the meantime, catch up with his previous offerings via SoundCloud and follow him on Twitter and Instagram for updates.
