After 7 Shows Us How To Work It All Out With 'Let Me Know'

After-7-Let-Me-Know-Still

After signaling their return to music with "I Want You," After 7 promised us that a new album would be coming from their direction some time soon. It looks like they're ready to deliver on that promise with a new album, Timeless, due out this September. To help us with the wait, they've also given us another new single, "Let Me Know," which was officially released this past Friday and now we have a video for the song as well.

The group — which consists of Kevon Edmonds, Melvin Edmonds, Jason Edmonds and Keith Mitchell — is back in fine form on the track, with the fellas focusing on making things work in relationships. Over a typically smooth arrangement aimed square at the Adult Contemporary market, the fellas mine the problems that couples go through on a regular basis. Though things get complicated, they remind us that if we talk about our problems and be about the solutions, then we most definitely can work around it. To illustrate that feeling in the accompanying visuals, the fellas borrow a page from John Legend's "Ordinary People." The fellas stand around a baby grand piano against a white background while we see couples fuss, fight, argue and cry. But though the situations seem dire (and at times downright scandalous), each couple involved finds a way to work it out.

If you've been jonesing for something more from After 7, then this one is for you. Check out the video for "Let Me Know" below, and be sure to pick up the single on iTunesTimeless will be available September 16th.
