Just before we bid farewell to 2015, Aaron Camper dropped his latest single “Sunset” and had us feeling cozy during snuggle season. Now that it’s officially spring, we’re starting to wonder if we’ll ever be able to get our hands on his B.L.O.W. (Better Left On Wax) EP. We’re willing to cut him some slack, though. Especially since he just dropped the visuals for the chilled-out ballad.
The beach is one of the best locations to view an actual sunset, making it the perfect backdrop for the minimalist Matt Robertson-directed clip. Oddly enough, we never actually see the water-colored beauty of the sky at dusk. In fact, it almost seems like a cold, grey, cloudy day. But maybe that’s the point. Aaron and his leading lady (singer Gogo Morrow) make a cute couple and radiate warmth through the small screen. As he earnestly serenades his lady, we get the feeling that his love runs deep, rain or shine.
