We've been singing the praises of The Internet ever since the Odd Future-associated group popped up on our radar with Purple Naked Ladies. Their star has since risen exponentially, and it looks to get even higher as the band recently made their network television debut with an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. For the appearance, they decided to deliver a live rendition of laid-back jam "Under Control," lifted from their third album, Ego Death. They exuded California cool during the performance, and the eclectic crew put on quite the show, with lead singer Syd tha Kyd providing the laid-back lead as the band performed a near spot-on rendition of the track.

But the television appearance wasn't the only news the crew had this week. Riding the buzz and critical acclaim of Ego Death, the band dropped two new bonus tracks, "Famous" and "Missing You," today. "Famous" is yet another '80s-influenced R&B jam from them, with a bass and rhythm line that won't quit providing the perfect counterpoint to Syd's soft delivery. "Missing You," on the other hand, is a modern day R&B ballad, with spacey sounds and a thumping kick helping Syd to let her lover know that while she might be OK, love is still on her mind.

You can peep The Internet doing their thing on the Late Show and get a taste of "Famous" below. However, if you want to hear the short yet sweet "Missing You," you'll have to pick up their two-song bonus track EP up from your online retailer of choice.
