Jill Scott is riding around and getting it with her fifth studio album Woman, effortlessly making her rounds on our favorite morning shows. The songstress appeared on Good Morning America on Tuesday morning equipped with her band and ready to let us (and her insignificant ex) have it with her third single "Closure." She sang her heart out with an energetic and funk-filled performance of the post-breakup track that kept the energy in the studio high. Her background singers, The Pipes, held her down with harmony and two-steps as Jill walked us through reprimanding her ex-boo. Jill sure can tell a good story with her beautiful lyrics and powerhouse voice, as she sweetly revokes any possibility of breakfast or any other goodies for that matter.
