Though R&B sibling trio James Davis didn't have a wealth of material to perform for the New York City crowd waiting on main act Seinabo Sey, at the Marlin Room at Webster Hall, they still gave the crowd more than they could ever hope for. Consisting of fraternal twins Jess and Rey Reynolds and their brother Auston, the group serenaded the crowd with songs from their self-titled EP, including singles "Better Than You Are" and "Co-Pilot."
But the trio didn't just stick to their previously released material. They also blessed the crowd with a previously unheard track that's set for their upcoming debut album and a riveting take on The Cranberries' 1994 rocker "Zombie." It was an unexpected number from the group that took the crowd pleasantly by surprise. Though they are just getting started in the business, they're sure to stick around for quite some time.
