The enigmatic singer and songwriter Sia joined season eight of The Voice to mesmerize the audience with a performance of her single "Elastic Heart." The performance was a nod to songs from film soundtracks and Sia's single, a collaboration with Diplo and The Weeknd, was originally featured on the 2013 soundtrack for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. Sia re-recorded the track for her 2014 album 1000 Forms of Fear and released it sans her collaborators early this year. Donning her signature face-shielding wig, which left just enough space for her lips, Sia belted out the song with little-to-no effort.
Sia is a veteran when it comes to The Voice, since she served as an adviser for Christina Aguilera back in season one.
