While most of us know and love Chrisette Michele for her music, there are apparently a few folks who follow the songstress on social media, particularly on Instagram, just to marvel at how the songstress seems to always find the perfect selfie pose or maybe wonder how she's amassed hundreds of thousands of followers and millions of likes. Well, Chrisette is ready to share with her fans and followers the secrets and tools to dominating social media this April during her Pose 'N Post Symposium.
The symposium, which will hit major cities like NYC, Philadelphia, Atlanta and Washington, DC, will be pretty in pink and broach topics such as "How to Step Up Your Selfie Game," "Confidence on Social Media" and "Making Money on Insta and Other Places." But it's not all about business, as Chrisette promises a fun atmosphere and "a warm and cozy good time with beautiful people and lots of pink!"
While we have to give it up to Chrisette for finding yet another way to get that money on top of album sales and her stint on R&B Divas: Los Angeles, we find ourselves scratching our heads over this avenue. For one, who is actually spending $90 a pop (really, girl?) to learn how to take "epic selfies" when you could be putting that money toward seeing the singer do what she does best: sing. Secondly, while the singer does have a definite social media presence, it's not like she's doing Amber Rose or Kardashian clan numbers. But who are we to judge folks and what they're willing to spend their hard-earned dollars on?
Tickets for the event went on pre-sale on Wednesday, but there's still time to sign up on her website to be notified of tickets via email before they go on sale anywhere else. So get your coins ready and prepare to become a social media boss, or something of that nature, with Chrisette showing you the way when she comes to a city near you.
