THEN: Way back in 2008, Little Dragon was just a funky little group hailing from Gothenburg, Sweden. Releasing their self-titled debut, they wooed us with solid tracks like “No Love,” “Constant Surprises” and “Twice,” a haunting ballad which resonated with more than a few of their musical peers. So, of course, selecting them as inductees into our Bounce-Worthy club was pretty much a no brainer.
NOW: Since Little Dragon, the quartet have released three other albums, including this year’s Nabuma Rubberband, and have collaborated with everyone from Gorillaz to Bobby Womack to Big Boi. Though they still haven’t broken into the mainstream completely, the little group that could still manages to wow and have even made their first appearances on American television, gracing the stages of The Late Show with David Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel Live! and The Queen Latifah Show.
