After last year's stunning Black EP, we were hoping for a full-length album from Moko by now. Alas, we don't always get what we want, but the London-based songstress is going to be releasing some new material next month, in the form of her all-new Gold EP. The four-tracker is dropping via Chase & Status' MTA Records and, based on a spin of the project's lead single, it's more of the same goodness we have come to expect. "Your Love" once again sees Moko dipping her toes in the waters of house, R&B and trip-hop, all topped off with that soulful '90s sheen that so many of her contemporaries aim for but fail to nail. Gold is released digitally on August 24th and will also feature "Ceremony," "With You" and "Missing Love."
