It seems like VH1 and K. Michelle can't stay away from the reality assembly line as the songstress and TV station are partnering up for yet another reality show. There's been buzz about K. Michelle's reality show since we interviewed her in November. We then posted an update in March and now we have the final details — we think. The anticipated reality show once titled No New Friends and the Untitled K. Michelle Project is now officially titled K. Michelle: My Life. We've already seen the singer in action in Love & Hip Hop New York and its Atlanta counterpart, but now we get to see her in her own element and with 100% of her own shenanigans in the spotlight.
When we asked her what we could expect from the show, she mentioned work on her second album, a new weave business, a hair gallery and salon opening. K. Michelle is also working on a musical directed by Idris Elba, so hopefully we'll see a few behind-the-scenes tidbits from that, too. Hi Idris. While reading people for filth and candle-throwing is pretty entertaining, we're more interested in seeing the talented singer's creative process and watching her grow as an entrepreneur.
