Frequent collaborators Quantic and Alice Russell are quite the musical match, and the pair joined forces again for the song "You Will Return" from his new album Magnetica. The colorful collection features a world of sounds from Quantic's grab bag of influences and styles. On "You Will Return," Quantic, née Will Holland, and Russell keep it easy, breezy and soulful on the soothing pop song. Alice's voices dances on the melodic track as she sings, "You will return, you will return, and what is gone will be again," on the chorus.
For the song's music video, director B+ of Mochilla keeps it simple and keeps the focus solely on Alice in the black-and-white clip. Set at a shipyard, she sings awash in sunlight as industrial boats sail by. The combination of sunshine, water, the lyrical content and Russell's voice are certainly enough to vibe out to and enjoy.
