Earlier in the month when we put you onto Swedish singer Seinabo Sey's powerful song, "Hard Time," we called it "lush and full bodied" as well as forward-thinking in its production. It's refreshing to see that the music video for the track is all those things and more, as it transports the viewer into a dark and intriguing world. Alternating between close up shots of Sey in various lighting and a gathering of an eclectic group of women, the Casper Balslev-directed video skews far left of center, maintaining a fascinating and abstract feel throughout. The outcome of which is striking visuals that perfectly match Seinabo's captivating and expressive vocals and the driving beat of "Hard Time."
