Let Azu Caress Your Senses With His 'Hands'

Right on the heels of a successful run as the supporting act for British singer Matt Cardle, newcomer Azu releases the visuals for his debut single, "Hands." The video finds the singer and a female subject in various states of undress. However, the clip feels far less risque than it sounds, as the two communicate with each other using simply their eyes while giving off a sense of vulnerability. Azu also gives a nod to his West African heritage with the colorful African fabric that he sprawls across. Although the video appears simple on the surface, it was inspired by the artwork of one of his favorite artists, Auguste Rodin. "Some of these sculptures inspired our positions in the video," he explains. "Hands" is the first single taken from his upcoming EP, The Fall, due out on June 2nd.
