Long-time friend of SoulBounce, LA-based producer/DJ Siik, gives Lil' Mo’s “Superwoman (Part II Remix)” the power of seduction in this remix of the R&B classic. Siik, who’s no stranger to the art of the remix, keeps the song's edge but adds the slow to what was already a jam. In case you forgot how epic the track was, the 2001 hit brought Fabolous, who was at the time an underground rapper, some mainstream attention and crowned Lil' Mo the girl next door. Grabbing the a cappella, blending it with a track by Evil Needle and keeping Fabolous' infamous line “duh-duh-duh-duh, duh-duh-duh-duh-duh-duh-DAYUM,” Siik makes the already addictive song worth listening to on repeat.

Now over a decade later, it’s great to see Lil' Mo, now a reality TV star, continue to prosper. We heard she’s being a super woman to a new boo and can’t wait to see what unfolds in season two of R&B Divas LA. In the mean time, we can enjoy this nostalgic classic with a Siik twist and add it to our collections with a free download from his website.
