Javeon is a man on a mission, a mission to deliver a debut album chock-full of house-tinged R&B goodness that will rival the success enjoyed by labelmates such as Jessie Ware and Disclosure. However, Javeon is not just intent on delivering killer grooves, he has also set out to create a short film,  Mercy, alongside director Ben Strebel with his first two singles "Lovesong" and "Give Up" providing the soundtrack for the first two sections of the five-part film.

The video for his latest release, the Julio Bashmore-produced "Intoxicated," provides part three and furthers the story before two as-yet-unnamed tracks will complete the series in advance of his official debut album Mercy dropping towards the end of the year. In the video for "Intoxicated" we get reacquainted with Katy, the tear-stained bride who featured in "Lovesong," as she slugs it out at the same roadside cafe that we first got a glimpse at in the "Give Up" video. The video ends on somewhat of a mysterious note as a group of men pull up in a car outside of the cafe before the things fade out. We are not quite sure what to expect from the next video in the series, however we are certainly eager to see how the story unfolds after glimpsing the full trailer for Mercy, which you can watch after the "Intoxicated" video below.
