Although the final show at this year's SXSW Festival has been played, we are still sifting through some of the performance highlights from the over 2000 performers that graced various stages in Austin, Texas. Erykah Badu was amongst the many who performed during the multi-day event, now in its 27th year. She took to the stage of The FADER FORT presented by Converse, a last minute addition to the already jam-packed lineup which included the likes of JoJo, SZA, Theophilus London, Little Dragon and Sam Smith.

Backed by the Cannabinoids, Badu's 23-minute set included classics such as "On & On" and "The Healer," the latter of which can be seen in the clip below. While the stripped down version lacked the thump of the studio version, Badu's performance was just as satisfying as the original as she flexed her vocal pipes. The captive crowd appeared entranced as they whipped out their phones to capture the moment. The occasional puff of smoke could also be seen wafting above the audience, adding to the clip's almost ethereal feel. And while her set likely seemed to way too short for her fans, she graced the stage once more, later joining rapper Rick Ross during his closing set.
