There is something undeniably exquisite about Malaysian singer Yuna. It could have something to do with the union of her sweet singing over soulful pop beats or on the purely superficial tip, the gorgeous array of head wraps she wears. But I’m not going to try and dissect it; I’m just going to enjoy the beauty in her music and her videos, which is blatantly evident in the music video for “Falling,” from her album, Nocturnal. The visuals for the track take black, gold and white scenes and create a simple yet enthralling sight, featuring dancers, snakes, birds and Yuna, which compliments the laid back feel of the track. Less is definitely more, and this piece of luxurious pop is proof enough of that.
