Our favorite wild child Kelis is set to do big things in 2014 with the upcoming release of FOOD in April and her cooking special Saucy and Sweet set to premiere on The Cooking Channel on February 26th. In anticipation for both, Kelis has premiered the video for FOOD's first single "Jerk Ribs." While there are performance set ups throughout that find the singer dolled up and performing at a garden party, the clip, for the most part, is all about preparation. We see Kelis looking lovely while getting primped and preened for photo and video shoots and then posing her ass off as she radiates fierceness. While not exactly the video treatment that we were all expecting from the usually colorful and out-there singer, the video is a fun look behind the scenes into her crazy (yet glamorous) life.
