Alice Russell's album To Dust is one of those that has stayed on repeat for me since its debut in February. So it's nice to see she's still steady on the promo grind putting the word out about this stellar album. She recently performed at Glastonbury Festival and is set to do a few more European dates plus a US tour in October. For those of us not lucky enough to be in the vicinity of Ms. Russell, though, we can enjoy the visuals that have just been released for the third single "For A While." The video, which is filmed in a holiday resort in South England, seems to be an ode to the boredom and innocent bliss of childhood summer vacations, as we predominantly see two teenage girls and their escapades on their bikes around the resort. The single that blends heavy harmonies and vocal layers with a repetitive beat, is officially released on 27th August and will feature a remix of the track, but until then enjoy the "For A While" music video for, well, a little while longer.
