Temi DollFace Brings 'Pata Pata' To Life

After a long wait, Bounce-Worthy Nigerian singer-songwriter Temi DollFace premieres the video for her debut single "Pata Pata." Much like the song and the artist, the video is a fusing of the Western and West-African. With its low-fi, retro-Americana style, the video features a series of 1950s-era ad vignettes, captioned in Nigerian pidgin English and punctuated with dances old and new, African and American. This is definitely worth a look.
