British songstress Laura Welsh is riding high off the success of her Dev Hynes-produced single "Unravel," with many comparing her sophisticated blend of soul and pop to the likes of Jessie Ware and many hailing her as one to watch in 2013. She certainly had a lot to live up to with a follow-up track, and thankfully she does just that. "Cold Front" is once again an emotionally drenched ballad, with a killer hook and a big name on the boards, this time around it's none other than the man who has his finger in every musical pie, Robin Hannibal. With co-signs like that, who needs a major label push? Laura has also released the video for the track, which you can peep below, and it's definitely one of the more interesting efforts we have seen this year, as a dancer is man-handled by shadowy hands -- softly at first, then more vigorously -- possibly reflecting the song's theme of losing control of one's emotions.
