The fact that I have never had any experience with The Eagles' catalog besides "Hotel California" may be anathema to some, but hearing CHΞSS (the artist formerly known as Chester Gregory) cover of their classic "I Can't Tell You Why" may change that soon (or maybe not since they aren't on Spotify).
Upon first listen, my mind flew back to Brownstone's cover from their album, From the Bottom Up. Upon my second listen, I was able to develop an appreciation for CHΞSS' version, which is short and sweet with an aural quality similar to the works of The Weeknd. I am sure this is a sign of even better things to come when CHΞSS' new mixtape, ECLIPSE, drops in the near future.
