inc.'s No World is still getting plenty of burn around my neck of the woods. Something about their combination of mellow vocals and production that throws back to '90s R&B yet has current electronic leanings simply captivates me. And now the Aged brothers have even more goodness to share. "Voices," an achingly romantic yet heartbreaking ballad about love lost, is a bonus track that unfortunately didn't make it onto No World. It surely wasn't because it wasn't good, however. It features more of the sound we've come to expect from the duo, quiet, wistful vocals floating on a serene lake of layered production that draws the listener into their groove. If the tracks left on the cutting room floor are this good, one can't hope but to imagine what greatness will come whenever they release their next project.
