'Nothing's Changed' With Tricky

It's official. The '90s are back with a vengeance. If you weren't sure of the fact, look no further than the the return of trip-hop pioneer Tricky. The former Massive Attack member has formed a new label, False Idols. The first release from the label will be Tricky's new album, also called False Idols, and his single "Nothing's Changed." The song follows Tricky's regular formula, a trippy, downtempo groove accented by a haunting, slightly gloomy female vocal (this time provided by Francesca Belmonte). While most people would discourage someone from going with something tried and true, I for one am glad that Tricky kept it classic instead of chasing after the Trendy Wendy's of the world. It's a good look for him. You can check out "Nothing's Changed" below and also grab a free download. Look for False Idols to drop later this year.
