Luke James Seduces With His 'Whispers' Of 'Love'

I must say, Luke James continues to impress me. I was late to jump on his bandwagon, but after seeing him show out live with Brandy and peeping the "Sugar Shack"-inspired clip for "Make Love to Me," I'm officially a fan. His debut album Made to Love is on deck to be released next year, but he knows that fans are anxious to get their hands on some new material now. To that effect, today he's dropped his latest EP Whispers in the Dark. Doing justice to the sexy title, the EP features its fair share of slinky, seductive numbers and sweet odes to love. As well, there are quite a few interesting turns here -- especially his flip of Miles Davis' "All Blues" and the spacy feel of "Strawberry Vapors." Another great moment is the funky Danja production "Love Chile." Over a knocking, futuristic groove, Luke croons for the object of his affections to "infect" him with her love. And, because Luke loves his fans, he's gone ahead and even dropped a short clip for the song for all to enjoy. You can sample and download Whispers in the Dark below and then hit the bounce to see Luke make even a cold, dark alley seem like a good place to be.
