After blessing 9th Wonder instrumentals for a number of years, Phonte seems to have grown quite fond of European beatsmiths. Three classic albums after linking up with Dutch producer/instrumentalist Nicolay for their work together as The Foreign Exchange, the North Carolina native has lent his vocals to the German production duo JR & PH7 on their new track "Goodbye." JR & PH7 keep it all in the family by recruiting Tigallo's fellow FE Music Group artist Median on this cymbal heavy ode to heartbreak and failed relationships. It's as refreshing as always to hear some new material from any of these artists and this is no exception.
