Jessie Ware is being a big ol' tease as she lays out a visual teaser for her much-anticipated debut, Devotion, which is already up for pre-order on iTunes. I admit that I usually avoid album teasers and snippets simply because I'm a "give me all or nothing" type of dame, but exceptions I do make, and this is one album trailer that has stopped me in my tracks. I've pretty much have had high hopes for Ms. Ware for some time, and she continues to not disappoint. In this tease she previews six electro-lush tracks (two will sound very familiar to you) while giving us a fly-on-wall look at her the daily goings on just in case you didn't think she was already cool enough. Everyone is buzzing about track "Sweet Talk" and rightfully so, as it's hanging on a sweet little early-'80's slow jam moment that is aurally pleasing. As tantalizing this bit may be, I still didn't need that much prodding to confirm that Devotion is going to be one of the silkiest treats of this year. The album arrives in all its glory on August 20th.
