We Have Nothing But 'Love' For This Robert Glasper Experiment & KING Collaboration

After announcing our favorite albums and songs of 2011, and doling out our annual SoulBounce Honors to some very deserving recipients, it was time to contemplate what musical goodness 2012 would have to offer. We will soon be posting our list of hotly anticipated releases for the forthcoming year and one album that is definitely going to make the cut is the Robert Glasper Experiment's Black Radio. Featuring an all-star line-up of guests alongside Robert and his Experiment trio, anticipation for the album -- based almost solely on its tracklisting -- has reached fever pitch. A lucky few (myself included) have had a listen to the whole project, and it's easy to see why many are predicting this to be one of the best albums of the year already. This may seem premature I know, after all we are barely over our New Year hangover fuzz, but the album really is that good. If you still need convincing then take a listen to "Move Love" below, which features the lovely ladies of KING. Their angelic, ethereal voices float over TRGE's jazzy keys and percussion, transporting you to a place of peace and tranquility that should combat even the most severe January blues. The track is currently available for free from Robert's website, assuming you are willing to sign up to his mailing list. A very small price to pay if you ask me.
