I can't think of a better way to end the first week of the new year than with some new musical goodness from one of my favorite producers, Eric Lau. Last November he released "The Mission," a soulful slice of hip hop with Guilty Simpson on the mic, and this February he will release a full EP, also entitled The Mission. The second single from the project, "Yesterday," again features Guilty but this time around he has some help from Fatima and Olivier Daysoul who add their soulful tones to an already tasty mix. I've had this on repeat for the last half hour, and I can't see anything else taking over my speakers in the near future.
