Timbaland, along with his partner in crime Missy Elliott, turned the music world upside down when they first burst into the public consciousness in the late '90s, and his sounds dominated a great deal of the '00s. It was only fitting that he finally got a chance to share his side of things in the ongoing E! True Hollywood Story series, especially after Missy got her own Behind the Music special on VH1 earlier this year. While it touched on some moments we already knew about (he and Missy's chemistry, his producing salad days, his struggle with weight), it also gave us some moments we didn't know (him being shot as a teenager, a tragic car accident he feels guilty for walking away from). However, the tidbit that's got the internetz going nuts is the revelation that when he first met then 16-year-old Aaliyah, he was in love with her. While that was a creepy moment for sure, the more disturbing revelation -- to this writer, at least -- is that when he first met his wife Monique he knew he was going to marry her because she looked similar to the late songstress (how romantical, Tim). Skeeviness aside, the show was an interesting look into Timbo's life that was chock full of his famous friends, including Missy, Pharrell, and He Who Shall Not Be Named. If you happened to miss it
