After the announcement that Sola Rosa's Get It Together would finally be getting the international release it deserves, the band, and their label Melting Pot Music, wasted no time in choosing singles and getting the visuals on board. "Turn Around," featuring the quirky vocals of fellow Kiwi Iva Lamkum, is one of my favorites from the album, as is the second single, "Love Alone". The track features Spikey Tee and takes the bands rootsy, reggae/dub vibe into overdrive, giving the likes of Fat Freddy's Drop a run for their money. The video matches the vibe of the track perfectly, with the band and Spikey Tee set against various backdrops and each scene taking the form of a vinyl album cover. Get It Together will be released on September 30th in Europe, October 11th in the US but our French brothers and sisters will, unfortunately, have to wait until October 26th.
