Eric Benét's last stop in record stores was barely a year ago when Lost In Time was released last November. So the release of "Real Love," a brand new song to hit the net, comes as a surprise -- albeit a welcome one. I happen to think that Lost In Time still has some life and a couple singles and videos left in it, but who am I to argue with Mr. Benét about releasing new music? Bring it on, sir. And bring it he does on this gorgeous love song. Recently married to Manuela Testolini, Benét sings like a man in love, his passion pouring into every lyric and note he sings. His upper register once again gets a workout with his falsetto dancing on our eardrums in the most pleasing of ways. There's no word on when his currently untitled sixth album on his Jordan House imprint with EMI will be released, but rest assured that his fans will be ready and waiting for it with this song leading the charge.
