I think it's safe to say that anyone who heard Quadron's self-titled debut is itching to get their hands on some newness from the Danish duo. While both the artists and their label Plug Research remain tight-lipped on any follow-up album, it looks like we will all just have to make do with the host of remixes making the rounds. The latest is courtesy of Brooklyn-based MC MeLo-X (he who took Adele's "Rolling In the Deep" to the clubs) who takes Quadron's 'Heartbeat" and adds his own verses to complement Coco O.'s ethereal vocals and Robin Hannibal's lush production. The video for the track, which you can see below, doesn't really have much to do with the lyrics of the song, but it's perfect to zone out to while Coco and MeLo-X soothe away those mid-week blues.
