Blue-eyed soulstress Adele is pretty much unstoppable right now. Her latest album 21 has hit the #1 spot in 14 countries on the iTunes chart, and it seems that every time I switch on my TV she is there, belting out another soon-to-be classic. As part of VH1's Unplugged series Adele got to wrap her raspy vocals around a well established classic in the form of Aretha Franklin's "(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman." Usually I'm twitchy when someone covers Aretha, after all she is the Queen Of Soul and her voice is untouchable, however Adele does a great job. Her vocals are drenched in emotion, and you can feel every single word that leaves her mouth. You can catch the full show when it premieres on VH1.com on March 3rd at 7 pm EST and on VH1 on March 4th at 11 pm EST. After hearing Adele's masterful take on Aretha, it begs the question why wasn't she included in that GRAMMY tribute?
