The Black Hippy outfit continues to spawn more solo projects like a flower ejects spores, and Schoolboy Q's "Phenomenon" featuring SoulBounce fave Alori Joh is the next artist in line. The concept, the old "I'm on my grind, I'm better than you, and my success is imminent," isn't lost on my ears, especially with this hard-hitting beat and Alori's sweetened yet substantial vocals. Schoolboy Q's Setbacks--one of the first projects this year that I am absolutely loving--dropped yesterday and is available on iTunes now. Be sure to crank this up and dare yourself to not have this on repeat like I've had for the majority of this morning.
