So, Kanye Was On A Float In The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade...

Did y'all catch Kanye wearing a luxurious fur vest while performing on a float in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade yesterday? He is promoting his new (and dope) album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy and he's known to have a mild interest in public displays of his pathological megalomania, so it makes sense. But standing in front of a big red apple on a New York City themed float (complete with dancing Statues of Liberty!) while lip-syncing the clean lyrics to "Lost In The World" he seemed appropriately lost given the song's themes. It's a song that incorporates and leads into Gil-Scott Heron's scathing performance of "Comment 1," which includes the lyrics "America was a bastard, the illegitimate daughter of the mother country whose legs were then spread around the world and a rapist known as freedom. Free doom." Well played, Mr. West.
