I have been on a serious house music kick lately. It's like every week a new song or 10 catches my ear and leads me to spontaneously break out into dance and/or a soul clap. One of the many that has me pumping up the volume and losing myself in the music is "Spaceship," a collaboration between SoulBounce fave Chester Gregory and producer/DJ Anthony Nicholson. This song is an intergalactic romp as soulful as it is sexy. Chester encourages his lady love to leave everything behind and just go with him to trip the light fantastic amongst the stars and other heavenly beings. This is the first time that I've heard Chess sing a house song, and I need more immediately. He sounds spectacular here, and Nicholson aka Miquifaye creates the perfect vibe on this production.
