Shot on location in the DMV, the video encapsulates her personal journey toward her current professional career as a recording artist and performer. Fresh, positive and fun, with cameos from folks in the DC and Maryland area, including Kevin Hicks, owner of the popular Maryland-based cultural arts spot Annie's Art Gallery where most of the footage was shot, the video is refreshing with a plot that actually follows the theme of the song. From the beginning of the video where Dionne is inspired by the everyday to the end where she gives her fans what they want, I enjoyed watching and I think you'll like it, too.
