Janelle Monáe Shows Will Ferrell A Little 'Love'

When I heard that Janelle Monáe was going to perform on ESPN's 10th Annual ESPY Awards show I was hyped to see what the pint-sized powerhouse was going to do his time around. Her "Tightrope" has been making the rounds, and I just knew that she'd be tipping on it once again possibly with some fine lads dressed like an assortment of athletes joining her. Well, so much for my vivid imagination because none of that happened last night during the telecast. Instead, Janelle was tacked on to the end of a corny skit featuring Will Ferrell as Jeff Vuvuzela the inventor of the vuvuzela that horn contraption that was the talk of the World Cup if only you could hear anything above its annoying drone. After chatting with host Seth Meyers, Ferrell brought Monáe out to sing a few seconds of Peabo Bryson and Roberta Flack's "Tonight I Celebrate My Love." Well, Janelle sang, but I don't know what Will was doing. Check the skit out below and you may get a chuckle or two out of it.
